By using Whisper+me, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You must be at least 18 years old to use paid calling features unless applicable law in your area requires a higher age.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and activity on your account.

Calls and Coins

Calls are priced in coins. Coin charges apply according to the pricing shown before checkout and before the call begins. Support calls marked free do not require coins.

Acceptable Use

• No harassment, threats, hate, doxxing, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
• No fraud, charge abuse, or attempt to interfere with payments, calls, or payouts.
• No emergency or crisis use. Whisper+me is not an emergency service.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Calls may fail due to device, browser, network, payment, or third-party service issues.

Payouts

Payouts to creators/whispers may be reviewed for fraud prevention, platform safety, and compliance.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access for abuse, fraud, policy violations, legal requirements, or platform risk.
